GROUP TRAVEL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings

All group tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit. By making payment, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a seat on a group tour. Full payment must be completed by the deadline communicated for each tour. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to airline fares, currency fluctuations, or supplier or accommodation increases.

4. Cancellations (Client)

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation fees increase closer to the departure date. Only 80% of funds paid will be refunded.No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed flights, or unused services.where 3rd party does not offer refund there will be no refund paid back to client.

5. Cancellations (Company)

We reserve the right to cancel a group tour due to insufficient participant numbers or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be offered a refund of recoverable costs or an alternative travel date.

6. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations. Visa assistance does not guarantee approval. Entry refusal remains the client’s responsibility.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and should cover medical expenses, cancellations, delays, and loss of personal belongings.

8. Medical & Healthcare

  • Clients must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, pregnancy, or special medical needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Clients are responsible for carrying their own medication and medical supplies.
  • Malrose Tours & Safaris is not responsible for medical treatment, hospitalization, or healthcare costs incurred during the trip.
  • Emergency medical care abroad is subject to local healthcare facilities and regulations.

9. Group Conduct

Clients are expected to respect group schedules, fellow travelers, guides, and local laws. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

10. Itinerary Changes

Group itineraries may change due to operational, weather, or safety reasons. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

11. Liability

We act as agents for airlines, accommodation providers, and third-party suppliers and are not liable for delays, injuries, illness, loss, or events beyond our control.

12. Media Use

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless clients notify us in writing prior to departure.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of a deposit or full amount confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
